Mr. Sundaram's experience spans corporate finance, business performance, monitoring operations, governance, mergers & acquisitions, talent / people management and strategy. He joined Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), the Indian listed subsidiary of Unilever Plc, as a management trainee in June 1975 and served in various capacities including six years in Unilever, London as Commercial officer: Africa and Middle East (1990-1993) and as Sr. V.P for South Asia and Middle East (1996-1999). He was the Chief Finance Officer of HUL from April 1999 to March 2008 and as the Vice Chairman and CFO from April 2008 to July 2009. He is a two-time winner of the prestigious “CFO of the Year for FMCG Sector” award by CNBC TV18 (2006 and 2008). He was awarded as the 'Best Independent Director in 2019 by Asian Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability in December 2020. He currently serves on the Board of Infosys Limited, Zurich Kotak General Insurance Company (India) Limited & Credila Financial Services Limited. He is a member of governing council of KREA University and also acts as a member of the board of governors of Institute of Financial Management and Research, Chennai. He is a post-graduate in Management Studies (MMS), Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants, and has done Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP).

Mr. Promeet Ghosh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) from National Institute of Technology, Trichy and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He was an investment banker for two decades and has served as director on boards of various companies across sectors. He has worked with DSP Merrill Lynch for 18 years and helped build its M&A franchise. Thereafter, Mr. Ghosh was deputy head Temasek India, leading the team on the ground for nearly a decade. During his tenure, Temasek’s direct India exposure grew significantly. After leaving his full-time role at Temasek in March 2022, he served as an advisor to Temasek until March 2023. Ms. Anand holds a MBA degree in Human Resources from Allahabad University. She has over thirty years of experience, of which over two decades were in leading global management consulting and human resources firms. She served as the Managing Director at Leadership Consulting India and Asia head at Korn Ferry’s Board/CEO Succession Solutions. She was also the President of a Leadership and Life-long Learning business and also worked as Regional Leader of Consulting businesses for the Asia Pacific region at AON-Hewitt - Shanghai for almost a decade (2002-2011). Earlier in her career, she held various consulting and senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as Head of the Human Capital Services practice. Mr. P R Ramesh graduated in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘ICAI’). He retired as Director of Deloitte & Touche Assurance & Enterprise Risk Services India Private Limited on 31st March 2020. He has also served as a member of Deloitte Global Board and Deloitte Asia Pacific Board and has over 40 years of experience and served clients in manufacturing, banking and financial services, technology, media, telecommunications, energy and resources and consumer business sectors throughout his professional career. Mr. P R Ramesh is also a regular speaker at various programmes and workshops conducted by ICAI, the Institute of Internal Auditors, RBI, CII, SEBI on the matters of professional interest. He is on the Board of Nestle India Limited, NSE Investments Limited and The Clearing Corporation of India Limited. He is a Partner at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. He has been associated with various committees of Regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, IRDA etc and has been associated with various industry bodies and was also a past president of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Ms. Hiroo Mirchandani brings decade-long board experience of twelve boards in consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, telecom, and hospitality sectors. Her knowledge of corporate governance, P&L management, ESG, consumer insights and financial acumen adds to her presence on boards. She also taps into her thirty years of operational experience in P&L management,Sales & Marketing to provide counsel and strategic inputs to management. Ms. Mirchandani stays updated on the latest corporate governance practices through continuous learning. She recently completed an international ESG Certification Program where she is now a trainer. She facilitates cross-pollination of best practices from her experience as an independent director and a retail investor. Ms. Mirchandani is currently a Non-Executive Independent director on the boards of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd., Piem Hotels Ltd., Tata Teleservices(Maharashtra) Ltd., and MedPlus Health Services Ltd. She chairs the Audit Committee of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. and the Nomination & Remuneration and CSR committees of the omni-channel pharmacy chain - MedPlus Health Services Ltd. She also contributes to the Risk Management, Stakeholders Relationship, Corporate Social Responsibility. ESG and other board committees that she serves on. Prior to her career on boards, Ms. Mirchandani held customer-facing leadership roles primarily in consumer goods and healthcare companies. She advanced from being Branch Manager at Asian Paints, Marketing Head at Dabur and Marketing Director at World Gold Council to Business Unit Director and Executive Committee member at Pfizer. Ms. Hiroo Mirchandani holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. She is also a Chevening Gurukul scholar from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Anil is an engineering graduate from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala and has further pursued Executive Management Programs from Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School and INSEAD. Mr. Anil Chaudhry is a transformative business leader with over four (4) decades of experience in energy, automation and infrastructure segment. He has been a strong votary of Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, Diversity and Inclusion. Mr. Anil was the Founding CEO & Managing Director of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd (SEIPL), an entity formed through the merger of Schneider Electric India’s Low Voltage and Industry Automation business with L&Ts Electrical and Automation business from 2020. From 2013 to 2020, he held the position of Managing Director and Zone President of Schneider Electric, Greater India and prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Organisation, Infrastructure Business, and a member of the Leadership Team in Paris. In his over 40 years of experience, Mr. Anil has held various leadership positions in management, operations, sales, strategy, and business development with Global responsibility based out of Europe and India. Mr. Anil champions the cause of energy efficient and green technologies and has done substantial amount of work worldwide with a focus on infrastructure development, sustainability & climate change, access to energy and skill development. He is determined to set-up new benchmarks for the usage of innovative techniques to provide world class solutions & services to customers and is extremely passionate towards promoting diversity & inclusion and has championed initiatives throughout his career towards this.

Mr. Sanjiv Kakkar is an inspirational and courageous leader with a distinguished career at Unilever – spanning 38 years. He retired as Executive Vice President, Unilever, heading North Africa, Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the Central Asia Region. While based at Dubai during this stint (October 2013-April 2022), he steered one of Unilever’s largest clusters, transforming it to one of Unilever’s fastest growing and most profitable regions. Upon finishing his MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad in June 1984, Sanjiv was recruited by Hindustan Unilever Ltd., culminating his career in April 2022 with the global arm Unilever Plc. Mr. Sanjiv’s career in India began with Sales and Marketing stints in small towns, and concluded on the Board of Hindustan Unilever Ltd., India, as Executive Director – Foods (2006), followed by Executive Director - Customer Development (2007). This remarkable trajectory then moved on to heading the Unilever business for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus (August 2008), subsequently followed by his Regional Head assignment at Dubai, UAE (October 2013). Mr. Sanjiv’s Sales and Marketing career in India traversed all major product categories covered by Hindustan Unilever. In the 90’s and early 2000’s, he was at the forefront of major competitive battles across Personal Care brands in India, thereby strengthening HUL’s hold on the market. His assignments in Russia and Dubai have seen him successfully lead large businesses and deliver strong results in complex, challenging and geo-politically uncertain environments. Mr. Sanjiv has been the Founder Chairman of the Advertising Business Group, Middle East, Dubai. Further, the Ruler of Dubai nominated Sanjiv as a Member, Board of Directors, for the International Chamber of Commerce, Dubai. Additionally, in 2018, Sanjiv was adjudged as the Forbes’ Topmost Indian Business Leader in the Middle East. Mr. Sanjiv currently runs his own Advisory Service, aiming to help founders and CEOs unlock the true potential of their business. Mr. Sanjiv is a gold medalist graduate in BA(Hons) Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University and received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, India in 1984.

Mr. Kaleeswaran Arunachalam is the Group Chief Financial Officer & Head of Strategy at Crompton having joined the company in September 2022. As a seasoned leader with close to two decades of experience across diverse sectors, he possesses a strong background in corporate finance, strategic planning & transformation, and risk management. Before joining Crompton, Mr. Arunachalam served as the Global CFO of Eicher Motors Limited. His previous experiences include key roles across leading organizations such as Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited, Mondelez International (India and Asia), Aditya Birla Fashions & Retail Limited , TVS Motor Company Limited. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he also holds a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Mr. Rajat Chopra is the Group Sales & Services Head (GSSH) at Crompton. Mr. Chopra started his professional journey with Crompton as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in August 1997 and has been an integral part of Crompton’s success for over 26+ years. Throughout his career, he has held several key leadership roles, including Regional Sales Head for the North and East Regions, and Business Head for the Fans, Pumps, and LDA businesses. His extensive experience, strategic leadership, and deep understanding of the business have significantly contributed to Crompton’s growth and market leadership. Mr. Chopra holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Mr. Shaleen Nayak is the Business Unit Head for Lighting, Solar Rooftop & Wires business at Crompton having joined the company in March 2023. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, he is known for exceptional leadership in business and strategy. Before joining Crompton, Mr. Nayak held key positions in Bajaj Auto, AkzoNobel, Nokia, & ICI Limited where he made significant contributions towards building strong teams and leading businesses across different geographies. Mr. Nayak holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Mr. Anand Kumar N is the Business Head for Pumps & Kitchen Appliances business at Crompton & Non-executive Non-Independent Director for Butterfly. Mr. Anand started his professional journey with Crompton as Management Trainee in February 1991. With impressive experience of over 30+ years in the company, including his previous role of Group Sales and Service head , he has played a pivotal role in driving Crompton's growth through Sales & Channel marketing management , Business Strategy and PL management, leadership development, and driving transformational Projects such as GTM -Sales Excellence and Customer Service Transformation. Mr. Anand holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and MBA in Sales and Marketing.

Dr. D. Prasanth Nair is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Crompton having joined the company in 2022. With a distinguished history of 20+ years in HR leadership, Dr. Nair brings strong expertise in optimizing organizational performance through effective people strategies. Having started his professional journey with the RPG Group, he has held HR leadership positions across leading companies such as Cipla and Thomas Cook. Dr. Nair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology (BTech) from Calicut University and Doctorate in HR from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Vikram Sridharan is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Crompton having joined the company in 2023. With a career spanning close to two decades, he brings a wealth of experience in seamlessly integration technology with strategic business expertise. Prior to joining Crompton, he held several senior positions at Unilever contributing significantly to the company's digital, analytical, and information technology advancements during his tenure. Mr. Sridharan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Surat, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Tanmay Prusty is the Chief Marketing Officer at Crompton, having joined in February 2025. A seasoned business & marketing leader, he brings over two decades of diverse experience across multinational corporations such as Reckitt, Amazon and leading Indian enterprises like ITC & Tata Consumer Products. He has led large teams, managed P&Ls, and driven growth across diverse categories including Consumer Electronics, Personal Care, Beverages, and Foods. His experience spans Brand management, Sales, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Category management, Innovation and New product development. Having worked on iconic brands like Dettol, Tata Tea, and Gold Flake, he is passionate about building purposeful brands, innovation, and people development. Mr. Prusty holds a BE in Electronics Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and a PGDM from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Anita Pansare is a global technology and R&D leader with 25+ years of experience delivering customer-focused products across healthcare, automotive, and industrial sectors, Mercedez Benz, Eaton, Philips. Mr. Sachin Phartiyal is a seasoned business leader with nearly three decades of experience in consumer durables and electricals, known for driving transformation, growth, and operational excellence. He holds a B.Sc. from C.C.S. University, Meerut, and a postgraduate degree in Management, as well as Strategy Management certifications from Apeejay School of Management and Copenhagen Business School. In his last role, he served as CEO & Executive Director at Torrent Electricals Ltd. (2024–2026), where he led key transformation initiatives, delivering improved profitability, operational efficiency, market expansion, and stronger brand and digital capabilities. He has also held leadership roles at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited., leading multiple business verticals, and spent over a decade at Whirlpool of India Ltd., rising to senior leadership positions.
