Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. ("Company") offers Scratch & Win An Assured Gift ("Gift") to all its customers on purchase of Ameo Fresh Nutri Blender from its authorized dealership during the offer period from 1st October'2025 to 15th December'2025 or until stock lasts anywhere in India (except Tamil Nadu). Eligible customers ("end-customers") can avail the winning "Gift" upon fulfilling the terms and conditions mentioned herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Dealers, Sales Executives, Dealership, and employees of the Company).
This Scratch & Win promotion is a trade promotion scheme offered by the Company. Each eligible purchase entitles the customer to receive a scratch card carrying an assured gift/reward. The nature, type, or value of the reward may vary; however, every participant is assured of a benefit.
Participation in this Scratch & Win promotion is absolutely free and optional. Customers are not required to pay any additional charges to participate. The products are available for purchase at the same price, with or without participation in this promotional offer.
This offer is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above.
The Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time without prior notice.
Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (CNPL) reserves the right to replace the gift won by the customer with any other brand/model of similar or potentially higher MRP in the event that a product is discontinued by the manufacturer or unavailable in the market.
Customers will be eligible to redeem the gift only after uploading all the required documents and upon our receipt of the same by us.
Proof of uploading the required documents does not serve as proof of receipt. Customers will receive an SMS within three working days to confirm the receipt of the documents. If no confirmation is received, customers can call our Helpline No. 80100-99999 from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm on working days (Monday to Friday, except National/Bank Holidays) to check the status of the gift.
In order to redeem the gift, eligible customers have to directly upload the following documents at https://RedeemYourGift.com
a) Scanned image/photo of the Original Scratch Card (full page with manually filled form).
b) Scanned image/photo of the Product Invoice, against which you received this offer.
Note: Please ensure that all content is clearly visible in the scanned image/photo.
All gifts will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulations, as and when applicable. If any gift item is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), the winners will be responsible for bearing the TDS amount and it should be paid upon request before dispatching the gift.
The last date to submit your request to redeem the gift is 31st January'2026.
The assured gift cannot be substituted, exchanged, or encashed with any other product or service. All sizes of the gifts are standard, and reguests for specific sizes, color, design, or style will not be entertained. In the case of electronic products, defects must be reported within one month from the date of gift received by the customer/recipient, as replacements will not be provided after this period.
If vou are the winner of a "Cash Back" CNPL will email the redemption process to vour registered and verified email address. Please note that all terms and conditions for redeeming the cash back will apply.
No two or more forms can be combined per household/address to avail the offer. Please allow us 4-6 weeks' time to dispatch the gift. Force majeure provisions are applicable.
Any suggestions or complaints related to this offer discussed over the telephone will not be considered. All suggestions and complaints must be provided in writing to support@redeemyourgift.com
CNPL reserves the right to contact you via any means, including but not limited to call, SMS, email, and automated calls, regarding this offer. This includes receiving gift requests, dispatching the gift, and other related communications.
Any person taking advantage of this offer does so by fully accepting the terms and conditions. Gift requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be disqualified. Illegible, incomplete, invalid, wrongly filled, or manipulated request forms will be rejected. Required documents uploaded by the channel partners to redeem the gift on behalf of the customers may also be rejected.
Any disputes, if arising, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court, to the exclusion of all other courts in India. Note: In the event that your dispatched gift is returned to us due to any reason whatsoever, we will dispatch it again to the dealer address instead of the address mentioned in your request form. We kindly request you to collect your gift directly from the same dealer.

CNPL shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to the customers due to any technical issues that may arise during the redemption process.
