Terms & Conditions – Crompton Fan Additional Warranty Scheme

  1. Scheme Period: This offer is valid on purchases of Crompton fan products made between 1st July 2025 to 31st July 2025, both days inclusive.
  2. Eligibility:
    • The offer is applicable only on Crompton fan categories purchased from authorised retailers within India.
    • Only end consumers purchasing for personal use are eligible. Institutional or bulk purchases do not qualify.
  3. Warranty Benefit:
    • Customers who successfully register their eligible product on www.crompton.co.in within 15 days from the date of purchase with a valid purchase invoice will receive an additional 2-years warranty over the standard warranty.
    • The additional warranty shall commence immediately upon expiry of the standard warranty and shall cover only manufacturing defects under the original scope of Crompton’s warranty policy.
  4. BLDC Products – Clarification:
    • For BLDC fans, the additional 2-years warranty shall cover the motor only.
    • It shall expressly exclude all other components, including but not limited to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), remote control, or any electronic accessories.
  5. Registration Requirements:
    • Customers must upload a valid purchase invoice clearly mentioning the product name, model, serial number (if applicable), date of purchase, and retailer details.
    • Incomplete or illegible documents may lead to disqualification from the offer.
  6. Verification:
    • The additional warranty shall be activated only upon successful verification of the registration and purchase details by Crompton or its authorised agents. Crompton reserves the right to request additional information, including address or identity proof, if deemed necessary.
  7. General Conditions:
    • Each product is eligible for registration only once. Multiple entries for the same invoice or serial number will be rejected.
    • Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offers, unless expressly permitted by Crompton.
    • Crompton reserves the right to alter, withdraw, suspend, or modify the scheme at its sole discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason.
  8. Disqualification:
    • Crompton may disqualify any registration in case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, tampering, or any violation of the offer terms.
    • Crompton’s decision regarding eligibility, verification, and issuance of the additional warranty shall be final and binding.
  9. Liability & Compliance:
    • Crompton shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or inability to fulfil the offer benefits arising from force majeure events, technical issues, or incorrect information submitted by the customer.
    • Any taxes, levies, or incidental expenses arising out of this offer shall be borne solely by the customer.
    • By registering, customers consent to Crompton collecting, storing, and processing their personal data for scheme administration, internal analysis, and promotional communication in accordance with Indian data protection laws.
  10. Jurisdiction:
    • This scheme shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
