TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CROMPTON END CONSUMER PROMOTIONAL OFFER (“OFFER”)

  1. Offer Description
    1. The promotional offers (“Offer”) are introduced by Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited (“CGCEL” / “Crompton”) for eligible consumers purchasing select Crompton kitchen appliances during the Offer Period.
    2. The Offer comprises the following schemes:

      Consumer Offer 1:

      Buy a Crompton Hob, Chimney, or Built-in Appliance and get a Crompton Instant Geyser worth ₹7,200 free.

      Consumer Offer 2:

      Buy a Crompton Hob or Chimney and get a Crompton Steam Iron worth ₹1,850 free.

  2. Offer Period
    1. The Offer shall be valid from 20 December 2025 to 26 January 2026 (“Offer Period”).
    2. Purchases made outside the Offer Period shall not be eligible for the Offer, irrespective of invoice date discrepancies or delivery delays.
  3. Eligible Products
    1. The Offer shall be applicable only on select Crompton products as specified below:

      Consumer Offer 1 – Applicable Products:

      Crompton Chimneys: QuietPro, Sylvaire, AQNova, GrandArt

      Crompton Hobs: Optima, SensoSafe+, Viona+, GrandArt

      Crompton Built-in Appliances: Oven, Microwave, Built-in Dishwasher

      Free Product: Crompton Instant Geyser (5L capacity)

      Consumer Offer 2 – Applicable Products:

      Crompton Chimneys: Eliteo

      Crompton Hobs: SensoSpark, SensoSafeDC, SensoSafe3D, Viona, SuperSlim Tabs.

      Crompton Cooktops: FlamePro

      Free Product: Crompton Steam Iron

    2. The exact list of eligible SKUs, models, and exclusions shall be as per Crompton’s internal scheme circulars and dealer communications, which shall be final and binding.
  4. Offer Eligibility
    1. The Offer is valid only for end consumers purchasing eligible products from authorised Crompton dealers, distributors, or retail partners within India.
    2. Institutional sales, B2B purchases, bulk purchases, or purchases made for resale shall not qualify for the Offer unless expressly permitted by Crompton in writing.
  5. Free Product Conditions
    1. The free product is provided without any additional charge and shall not be exchangeable for cash, credit, discounts, or any other product.
    2. The free product shall be subject to availability of stock and may be substituted with a similar product of equivalent value at Crompton’s sole discretion, without prior notice.
    3. Warranty, installation, and service of the free product shall be governed strictly by Crompton’s standard warranty terms applicable to such product.
  6. Installation & Ancillary Costs
    1. Installation, accessories, consumables, civil work, electrical fittings, piping, or any additional requirements shall be borne solely by the consumer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    2. Crompton shall not be responsible for delays caused due to site readiness, consumer unavailability, or third-party service providers.
  7. Non-Transferability & Modification
    1. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with any other offer, exchange scheme, cashback, or promotion unless expressly allowed by Crompton.
    2. Crompton reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend, or cancel the Offer or any part thereof, without prior notice, due to operational, regulatory, or business exigencies.
  8. Dealer & Channel Partner Role
    1. Dealers and channel partners act only as facilitators for the Offer.
    2. Crompton shall not be responsible for any incorrect communication, misrepresentation, or unauthorised commitments made by dealers or sales staff.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    1. Crompton shall not be liable for:
      • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Offer;
      • Delays or non-availability of free products due to supply constraints;
      • Claims arising from improper installation, misuse, or non-adherence to product manuals.
    2. Crompton’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the free product offered under the scheme.
  10. Force Majeure

    Crompton shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance of the Offer due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics.

  11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    2. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
  12. General
    1. Images used in promotional material are for representation purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
    2. Participation in the Offer shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    3. Crompton’s decision in all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and binding.
