My journey at Crompton began as a Management Trainee, where rotating across different business functions gave me hands-on exposure and a holistic understanding of the organization. These experiences helped me identify where I could create the most impact. As I step into my role within the IT team, working across analytics, AI, and ML, I’m excited to apply these learnings and continue growing in a supportive, enabling culture.
