- Boil and mash some potatoes in a vessel.
- Transfer your mashed potatoes into a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and mixed herbs.
- Mix all ingredients well and add a few coriander leaves.
